Hi, I’m Christina! I coach women who have struggled with their weight for years figure out how to lose weight and keep it off without dieting, deprivation, or lots of willpower.

If you’re anything like the women I work with, you probably have many areas of your life under control, and you have so much to be grateful for. But for some reason, you just can’t figure out how to end the struggle with food and with your weight so that you truly feel confident in yourself.

That is exactly where I was a few years ago, and I’d love to share my story with you!

My Struggle with my Weight

My Story

Growing up, it was pretty easy for me to stay at a healthy weight. But then something changed during my last semester of college. All of a sudden, the weight began to creep on. And it continued for about 2 years until one day I realized I had gained about 30 pounds!

I was so frustrated with myself that I let that happen. I felt embarrassed to see friends who knew me before I gained the weight, and I no longer felt good in my clothes.

And so, my quest to become “thin” began.

For several years, I tried many different diets and managed to lose about 20 pounds. But even though I could lose weight, it always felt like such a struggle to keep it off. If I stopped counting calories, fat, points, or carbs for even a minute, the weight would come back on.

I was beginning to think that I would have to be on a diet for the rest of my life...but that was not the kind of life I wanted.

Everything Changed With A Different Approach

My Turning Point

After several years of being on the diet roller coaster, I felt like my eyes were opened when I stumbled across a new way of looking at food and dieting. And everything started to change...

I began eating real, whole foods that nourished me, and I created a healthy relationship with food and my body. No more counting calories. No more deprivation. No more relying on willpower. To my surprise, I found it not only easier to keep the weight off, but I felt amazing and had more energy than ever before!

My chronic headaches and joint pain disappeared. My energy skyrocketed. I slept better than I had in years and woke up feeling refreshed. My hormones balanced out, and my acne (yay!) started to become a thing of the past.

And for the first time in my life, I realized that WHAT I eat is way more important than HOW MUCH I eat.

Starting A New Career

My New Purpose

This new way of eating changed my life so much that I naturally started sharing it with other people. One day (after I’m sure I had been going on and on about this newly discovered passion of mine!), my brother-in-law looked at me and asked, “Do you ever feel like you missed your calling?”

That question stopped me in my tracks. I had worked as a teacher and school counselor for 14 years, and I loved working in the education system. But I quickly realized that I can use those skills while doing what I’m most passionate about...empowering women to take back control of their health, their weight, and their life.

I’m here to show you why diets haven’t worked for you in the past and to teach how to create a healthy lifestyle that you love. Because counting calories, relying on willpower, and depriving yourself won’t give you the lasting results you really want.
