I spent many years going on one diet after another. I counted points, calories, fat grams, you name it, but I could never keep the weight off permanently. I felt embarrassed about how much weight I had gained, I no longer enjoyed shopping for clothes, and I didn’t feel comfortable in my body.

Most of all, I was frustrated because it just felt so hard to to keep the weight off.

But finally, I realized there wasn’t something wrong with me...there was something wrong with all of the diet advice I was following! So I quit dieting and took a holistic approach to creating a healthy lifestyle.

And can you guess what happened? It became so much easier to lose weight! Now, I feel so much healthier, have lots of energy, feel confident in myself regardless of what the scale says, and experience a freedom from food that I never knew was possible.

Even more importantly, I’m truly happy and fulfilling my purpose in life because my weight no longer holds me back from doing anything!
