Do you ever feel overwhelmed or intimidated to cook a vegetable that you’ve never used before?
Back when I first started eating clean, I had no idea what to do with a spaghetti squash. I didn’t know how to chop a sweet potato. And knowing what to add to a protein shake was a mystery.
I felt intimidated to try a new ingredient, like bok choy, for the first time. But once I gave it a shot, it was a piece of cake (gluten-free of course!) to use it again.
So I’m going to begin highlighting different vegetables, superfoods, or healthy ingredients that you may have heard of before – but haven’t actually used yet. My goal is to give you new ideas and help you feel confident trying different foods.
Because – let’s be honest – eating chicken and broccoli every night gets a little boring.
This week, we’re kicking things off by talking all about bok choy.
